After over 10 years managing the Aged Care, Retirement & Healthcare Capital Markets business of CBRE and Colliers International, Phil established Health and Aged Care Confidential, a boutique advisory and brokerage business dedicated to the healthcare property sector.
During his time in the market, Phil has been involved with over $1bn in healthcare transactions in Australia.
The point of difference that Health and Aged Care Confidential offers to its clients is the focus on successful outcomes – with an intricate knowledge of how healthcare businesses work, Phil is able to structure transactions to ensure clients get a result.
Prior to this, Phil worked as head of property at a major German London based bank, where his primary focus was Healthcare, Infrastructure, Office and Retail. During this time, he acted as Advisor/Financier and successfully advised and raised finance for the acquisition of a number of major Aged Care Portfolios and Private Hospitals.

Jeremy has over 35 years of experience in real estate management and construction. He has owned his own businesses and worked for major development companies that have invested in and developed retail shopping, office, medical/pharmacy, and hospitality assets.
He brings a wealth of knowledge required to undertake the ongoing management of physical assets as well as maximize returns through efficient facilities management and environmental outcomes.
He has recently developed several aged care facilities, including the conversion of a 7-storey hotel into an aged care facility during the COVID-19 shutdown, which was a very challenging environment in Australia. As such, he is keenly aware of building codes and compliance issues relevant to this market as well as the constraints caused by the current building market. He is currently consulting as Project Manager on the refurbishment of two residential aged care facilities in Sydney for a major operator.
Jeremy is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Queensland and is recognised in other states. He has worked with HACC on PropCo arrangements for the last few years and is also aware of the issues that arise in this type of arrangement between landlord and tenant.
